• When can I access my storage unit?

Our site is open daily with 24-hour access. 

• When can I call with questions?

Customer service hours are Monday-Friday between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm.

• What are your commitment terms? 

All rentals are on a flexible, month-to-month basis. However, if you sign a year contract you can get a discounted rate on your storage unit. 

• How do I pay my monthly bill? 

You can set up automatic ACH payments or by placing a check or cash in the secure drop box at the facility. Payment is due on the 1st of each month.

• Is a security deposit required?

Yes, a fully refundable deposit equal to one month's rent is required at sign-up.

• How do I ensure I get my security desposit back once I vacate the unit?

We will refund your deposit once you vacate, provided you meet the following conditions:

1. Notice to Vacate: You need to give 30 days' advance notice before you vacate the unit. 

2. Clean the Unit: You must completely empty the space, sweep the floor, and leave it free of debris.

3. Remove Your Lock: You must remove your personal lock.

4. No Damage: The unit must be left in good condition, without any structural damage.

• Do I need insurance for my stored items?

No, we do not require you to have renters insurance. However, if you would like your belongings to be protected against unexpected events, we recommend you purchase renters insurance. We protect the building, not your belongings.

• Do I need to bring my own lock?

Yes, you are responsible for providing and using your own lock to secure the storage unit. For your security, we recommend using a high-quality disc or cylinder lock.

• What items are strictly prohibited?

You cannot store hazardous materials, explosives, flammable liquids, perishable food, wet items, plants, or live animals.

• What documentation do I need to rent a unit?

You will need a valid government-issued photo ID (like a driver's license or passport) and a payment method.

• Can large moving trucks easily access the storage units?

Yes, our driveway is suitable for moving trucks.
